What we collect and why

If you use the contact form we collect the name, email address and message you write. We use them only to reply to your enquiry.

If you leave us a review through the link we send you, we publish it on this site with your name only if you agree.

We also count visits to this site in aggregate (page viewed, kind of referrer, and mobile or desktop), with no cookies and without storing your IP address. We do not profile you or make automated decisions about you.

Legal basis

Your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR), given when you tick the box and submit the form, or when you agree to your review being published. You can withdraw it at any time, without affecting what was done before.

How long we keep it

We keep your enquiry for as long as we need to answer it, and afterwards for the period in which legal claims could arise. You can ask us to delete it sooner. Your review stays published until you ask us to remove it.

Who we share it with

We do not pass your data to third parties except where the law requires it. This website runs on the YourWeb4Free (Digiworks Spain, S.L.U.) platform, which acts as our processor: it receives your message and forwards it to us by email, without keeping its text. To do so it uses hosting and network providers (Hetzner, in the European Union, and Cloudflare) and an email provider (Resend, in the United States, with the safeguards the GDPR requires for international transfers).

If you press “Show map”, the map loads from Google, which receives your IP address and may use cookies (see the cookie policy).

Your rights

You can ask for access to your data, its correction or deletion, the restriction of or objection to its processing, and portability, by writing to contact@mygym.es. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can complain to the data protection authority where you live or work.
